Swedish free school concept a UK probability

There is an interesting article on the BBC news service that highlights the fact that if the conservatives win the next general election in the UK they are likely to cut the BSF spending. Countering this they are also likely to introduce a new 'financing' of schools whcih could see a new Swedish style 'free school' system. This is so very interesting and could provide wonderful opportunities for Swedes to influence the way education in the UK may be shaped in the future.
