Well, what a week last week was- we had a really exciting visit to the UK in Leeds and Scarborough looking at customer service in local government until we tried to get back home- we were stranded one whole week by the volcanic ash shutdown of airspace. I must say that I think we would still be in the UK if it was not for the BA chief executive Willie Walsh putting pressure on the UK government to see things more sensibly. The blanket flight ban was a big big over-reaction in my opinion
