We are waiting with anticipation for a top visitor from the UK today and that is Richard Stiff from North Lincolnshire. Richard will deliver two seminars tomorrow about Local Government in England. The first will be at Skärholmen District Council in Stockholm and the second will be in Stockholm City Hall.
